March Technical Review of the Education for All Monitoring System
The Project objectives are to provide an independent assessment of the information produced by the monitoring and reporting system described in the joint financing arrangement and make recommendation for possible improvement in the Education for All Monitoring System. METCON made an assessment and submitted a report with recommendations for possible improvement.
