The Projects objectives are, for enhancing the operations of the Town Development Fund (TDF), (i) develop the TDF’s general financing policy and guidelines at the sector level; (ii) prepare the TDF’s PPP financing policy and guidelines, (iii) provide support on project appraisal and risk management for ongoing joint projects of (ADB) and the TDF; (iv) to develop a manual on PPP structuring and project appraisal for new projects (v) design two PPP demonstration projects to the stage. METCON is responsible to develop (i) general financing policy and guidelines and (ii) environment and social safeguard plan.
