Strengthening Rural Development and Governance in Mid-west Development Region EC Identification Project
The Project Objectives are undertaking an analysis of the relevance of the project ideas and selected components with sufficient information to justify implementation of the Strengthening Rural Development and Governance Program with a spectral focus on Sikta Irrigation Project in Banke District, METCON was responsible to the components related to rural development in terms of agriculture, livestock, input supply and private sector involvement, and also legal issues on water users, riparian including acts and laws.
