Social and Geographical Audit of DADF Implementation Study Project (APPSP)

The Project Objectives are to undertake auditing of Agriculture Perspective Plan Support Program (APPSP) being supported by DFID to achieve PRSP/10Th plan targets, through the establishment at the District Agriculture Development Fund (DADF) in twenty districts. METCON was contracted to conduct the Social and Geographical Auditing of DADF Implementation with the objectives to review and evaluate the implementation of the DADF for adequacy of systems and their execution to address APPSP’s objectives of reducing poverty and exclusion. METCON had identified reasons for deviating results and possible gaps in the systems and guidelines and their implementation, and prepared recommendations for improvements.
