Rural Finance Sector Development Cluster Program (Subprogram II) (ADB TA7196-NEP)
The Project Objectives are to (i) review of the achievement of subprogram I especially on institutional reform and restructuring of the key rural finance institutions, and (ii) overall design and implementation framework of RFSDCP subprogram II including: – Agricultural Development Bank Limited Diagnostic Review, Financial Analysis and Projection – 2nd phase Agricultural Development Bank Limited Restructuring Plan – Updated Small Farmers Development Bank Restructuring Plan – Grameen Bikash Banks Reform Plans – Draft act for microfinance and rural finance regulation – Business and operational plan for the microfinance regulatory authority/second tier institution – Other relevant policy and institutional reform plans as per the requirements of the Government of Nepal and ADB.
