The Project objectives are to prepare indicators of operational, financial, human resource for three key entities: (i) Kathmandu Valley Water Supply Management Board (KVWSMB); (ii) Water Supply Tariff Fixation Commission (WSTFC); (iii) Kathmandu Upatyaka Khanepani Limited (KUKL). METCON was involved in collection of data and preparation of operation indicators, Financial indicator, human resource and other indicator for Kathmandu valley water supply and sanitation.
