Institutional Support for Governance Reform ADB TA No: 3622 NEP
The Project objectives are to enhance the Government’s capacity to lead, coordinate and support implementation of its long term Governance Reform strategy with emphasis in building skills and confidence in Min of General Administration, Governance Reform Coordination Unit, change units in specified ministers and senior level ministry management team, social auditing of the reform program by civil society. METCON provided the expertise in the areas of leadership development, establishment of payroll controls policy on devolving non-core functions, designing civil pay service, Institutional and legal frameworks for anti-corruption, personnel management policies, performance management and poverty assessment.
