FNCCI Anti-Corruption Project
The Project aims to reduce both corruption perpetrated upon and practiced by the business communities. METCON was contracted by FNCCI (Federation of Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry) to implement Anti-Corruption Project funded by DFID/Nepal. The program activities undertaken by METCON were (i) update FNCCI and the steering committee about progress made (ii) submit in advance quarterly activity rollout and expenditure plans to ESP (iii )coordinate in conducting training and workshops for district level businessman, district level chamber members, and other related stakeholders on good governance, management, banking, anticorruption issues and business code of conduct (iv) define and prepare Business Code of Conduct; Website design of FNCCI, Establishment of Complain Unit, and undertaking research works on sector-wise.
