The Project objectives are to make an evaluation of different program activities undertaken by the Secondary Education Development Project, which include among other things, curriculum development, examination reform, perspective planning exercises, institutional capacity building etc, METCON was contracted by DFID Nepal to undertake an evaluation of the outcomes of SEDP.
