Evaluation of Community Literacy Project
The Project objectives are to make an evaluation of outcomes of Community Literacy Project funded by DFID for World Education Nepal. METCON was assigned to evaluate the appropriateness, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the project including project identification appraisal, design, implementation and management.
