The Project objectives are core document preparation, capacity building of technical secretariat and overall project management and coordination. METCON provided consulting services for: (i) supporting critical areas of Education for All (EFA) implementation such as gender and inclusion, and financial management;(ii) supporting MOES (Ministry of Education & Sports) in the area of policy formulation, coordination, review, and follow up; (iii) supporting MOES in preparing core document that will guide the grades 1-12 school reform and restructuring.(iv) organizing Regional study, training Activities and In-Country Training for staff of MOES (vi) overall Project management and administration, (vii) supporting training and workshop related to School Sector Reform for the concerned district level officers for capacity development activities.
