Education is considered in most countries in the world as the most effective basis for raising levels of economic and social development. Hence, development of education has been high priority in any country. In context of education management, we have been providing the support to four areas: (i) policy reform and system management (ii) basic and primary education (iii) secondary education and (iv) vocational education and training. We are involved in implementation and project management of long term educational projects like secondary educational development, basic education, teachers training, and capacity building. Our experiences gained from working in the education projects and programs include:Project identification and designing, implementation and project management, monitoring and evaluation, planning and policy formulation, curriculum design and development, teacher training and trainer training, capacity building materials development, economic and financial analysis, literacy and community education
Human Rights and Justice is required to ensure safety and security with initiatives focusing on improving access to justice, particularly for poor and marginalized people.We are involved in evaluation of conflict mitigation package II support to the Judiciary and Human Rights in Nepal with objectives: to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of the NHRC to monitor human rights; to develop conditions under which access to justice is afforded to all people; and to enhance the capacity of the Nepalese judiciary to deliver justice in accordance with international human rights standards.

For this we have provided expertise services to formation of cooperative and self help groups, social protection, gender and poverty reduction, rural and social infrastructure development, training and extension, and socio-economic impact assessment.
Health is increasingly recognized that sustainable development requires the integration of health and environment within the context of social and economic development. In response to the increasing demand for health services, we provide services in health sector reform, policy and finance; capacity building; restructuring, decentralization, and district health systems; reproduction health and HIV/AIDS; and public and primary health care. We have undertaken the research works on transmissible disease.
